The Estate is located close enough to enjoy the centre of Florence whilst still enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the beautiful Tuscan hills. The rate includes parking, wi-fi and exclusive pool access.
The Estate has a traditional Italian Garden with its beautiful mazes. The Property is decorated with antique furniture and paintings representing the family history of the proprietor which goes back to a famous Renaissance Painter. The swimming pool is surrounded by olive and cypress trees and offers an outdoor kitchen area where is possible to enjoy a pizza party with a pizzaiolo by our own wooden-fired pizza oven or a grill party. Air-conditioning in every bedroom. King size beds in some of the bedrooms.

We just wanted to thank you again for making our stay in Florence so enjoyable.
You were great hosts and we enjoyed spending time with both of you.
You also gave us good advice on restaurants and stores that we visited & made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.
We wished that we could have spent more time visiting with both of you, especially our last night. It was so nice that you prepared food & bought us Champagne on our final night. It was fun listening to your mother tell stories about her past. It was also thoughtful of you to buy Monica a birthday present on her birthday!
Now that we are settled back into our daily routines, we often think about our time in Florence. We will definitely return some day & would like to stay at your Villa again.
We will also recommend your place to our family & friends that might be visiting.

”The Best of 2 Worlds. This house has it all: A lovely, formal, rose garden in front of a bucolic Tuscan view, and still an easy 30 minute walk to the center of Florence. All the bedrooms are large with comfy beds; the baths are well equipped with full amenities and the house is decorated with lovely art and antiques. The staff are friendly, available and knowledgeable. Perhaps the most charming is the owner who can tell you wonderful stories of her family history and the region in general. Highly recommended.”

Ich werde auf jeden Fall zurückkommen meine Familie und ich sind sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden das Haus ist nur 10 Minuten aus der Stadt entfernt und man schaut in den wunderschönen Garten alles was alt ist ist fantastisch die Möbel die Bilder die Zimmer das Haus alles was neu sein muss ist perfekt die Küche das Bad die Laken und die Handtücher ich habe selbst ein Airbnb in Mexiko man kann es nicht besser machen Danke Gracie per tutti

An absolutely stunning villa...
”An absolutely stunning villa within walking distance to Florence city centre. We took over the whole villa for five days as part of our wedding weekend. To say that our guests were blown away is a complete understatement, the villa has unbelievable character everywhere you look. This villa has everything you want, including tonnes of space inside, pool, BBQ and fantastic space in the gardens. Ginevra & Fortuny were the most gracious hosts, answering all of our questions before the stay, giving insider knowledge of where to get the best food and places to visit and providing endless hospitality. We will most certainly be going back!
Words can’t express just how grateful Gary and I are to you all. The personal touches, constant suburb hospitality, flexible nature and willingness to answer my (endless) questions on the lead up to our stay made it the most magical and memorable five days of our lives. Your villa was the perfect place to host our wedding weekend and every single guest was completely blown away by the villa and everything it provided. Thank you for all the suggestions of places to go, restaurants & takeaways, they were all delicious and helped the guests decide what to do on their days in between the wedding. I hope it all goes well in the future. Gary and I will be back!
